Moonrise on the Lake

I was hoping I would have more time on my hands after my presentation of that ferry station Monday, but NOOOPE! So, to keep from taking time away from the two papercraft blueprints I'm working on now, I've decided to post some of the doodles from my various lecture notebooks just to keep uploading. I don't want to look like i've fallen off the face of the earth!

Anyway, here's one I think came out really well. I'm a fan of twilight (No, not the pony and oh HELL no not the book), I mean the actual time between day and night - when the cool night's air breezes in from the east and the world is cast in a calm blue tone, when the creatures of the day sleep and the creatures of the night haven't quite woken yet, it's just calm. So, here's a picture of something I saw at a Boy Scout camp once, during a wilderness survival trek. A simple scene really, but being there was awesome
